New single release date pushed back one day to...

Next single release this Saturday Feb. 25th
My next new single titled “The Perspective” is set to release this Saturday Feb. 25th! This is another song that is a bit more upbeat than the last single. I played everything, recorded everything and mixed everything on it so I hope you like it. As always if you know people who like my music then please let them know because I can’t be everywhere at once.

I’ve decided on a tentative release date of Feb. 24th for the next single called “The Perspective”. If you like the last single then a have a feeling that you’ll like this one as well. It’s a bit more upbeat and not as “dark” sounding.
As always this will be released on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, and so on.

Lord of the weeds
I never noticed how much marijuana references there are in Lord of the Rings until I watched the extended versions last night. Seems the Hobbits reallly like that Longbottom Leaf and get super stupid and chill when they smoke it. Last minute correction

Weekly update #?
Getting ready to start working on the final mixes for the new cd here in the next few days. thanks for being patient guys. I really just want to release something that sounds insanely better than anything I’ve ever done. it will be worth the wait. I promise as long as you have an open mind for music. Now back to making the gingerbread house.

Holiday update.
Mixing for the new cd is going good. I’m taking a break while in Nashville until after Christmas and then once I’m back in NY the mixing will continue. So far I’m thinking this is one of my best albums…..WAY, WAY different but in my opinion the best.

10 minutes to downtown is 10 minutes to far..
I’ve been working onmixing the new record for 3 days now, all day everyday and I’m kinda sad because I have to quit for 2 weeks. Tomorrow morning before the sun comes up I have to start the 15 hour drive back to Tennessee for Christmas. New album info. From full length to E.P
Hello again,
As many of you know over the last 2 months I’ve been writing for a new record. I had something like 12 songs written and I was excited for a new full band full length record. However, after some time to let all the new songs sink in I’ve decided that this next release is more than likely going to be a 5-6 song E.P instead.

Some people talk too much about adventure and then run away when it comes knocking. You’re gonna die one day, maybe tomorrow, maybe 60 years (Although I don’t expect to live more than another 10 myself the way this world is going.) so why not quit putting off that cross country trip or trip to Europe? Why not uproot your life and move somewhere where you are happy?

More snow
Just moved into my new place in upstate NY and we already got 6 inches of snow the first day. Looking at another 8 inches tonight. Time to start building some snowboard jumps andplanting handrails in the front yard for some riding. THe studio is coming along as well.

Northern Lights
Keep your eyes out the next few days at night for the Aurora (A.K.A the nothern lights). Apparently they were visible as far south as Tennessee last night due to a massive solar storm. I watched them almost everynight when I lived in Alaska and I firmly believe that they are the most beautiful thing in nature.

I don't know what to title these things anymore.
It’s 2:17 AM and I have no idea what I just wrote but it’s pretty neat. This album is gonna be a big change. The best way I can put it is if you took Ladybug Landslide, New Found Glory, Cursive, Thursday, Green Day, Hot Water Music and Dashboard; threw them all together then the stuff I’ve been writing lately would be what comes out.

Every time I step into the room to work on music I write another song (well guitar and bass that is). Writing for this new record is going good so far. Four songs structured out and 3 more ideas. My plan is to write like 15 songs and then narrow them down to the 10 best. This is going to be a cluster of a record by the way. It’s not going to stick to “One sound” the way through....
